Integrated Technology Platforms

Genhouse is dedicated to the development and commercialization of globally leading targeted oncology therapeutics. It pioneered the drug development concept of "Biology Driven Smart Design" and has built four integrated technology platforms with in-house and sustainable innovation capabilities: structural biology platform, drug discovery and design platform, druggability evaluation platform and translational medicine platform. Leveraging a streamlined and modular high-efficiency R&D capacity, Genhouse is able to speed up drug development, shorten R&D timelines and improve the efficiency of lead identification and deliver more treatments to patients worldwide.

  • Structural biology platform

Our in-house structural biology platform powerfully enables drug discovery activities by providing high-resolution structural data of target proteins and their complexes with small molecules—supporting everything from target validation and mechanism-of-action studies to molecular design and structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis. This capability is driven by our proprietary technologies for high-yield recombinant protein production and protein crystallization, which allow us to visualize intermolecular interactions at the atomic level. By leveraging this platform, we are able to conduct truly rational drug design, explore novel chemical space, and significantly enhance the iterative optimization efficiency of lead compounds—ultimately driving sustained innovation.

  • Drug discovery and design platform

Our drug discovery and design platform is built upon a foundation of structural data, integrating multiple strategies—including SBDD/LBDD/FBDD—to accelerate the identification and optimization of hit and lead compounds. Through the deep integration of computational chemistry and artificial intelligence, we simultaneously optimize pharmacological activity and drug-like properties, ensuring both efficiency in structural refinement and high-quality outcomes. The platform has established systematic workflows for the parallel optimization of structure–activity relationships (SAR) and structure–property relationships (SPR), and continuously incorporates in vitro and in vivo data to deepen our understanding of how molecular structure influences activity, metabolism, and toxicity. Furthermore, we place strong emphasis on the integration between preclinical and clinical studies to enhance the probability of successful translational outcomes—from bench to bedside.

  • Druggability evaluation platform

Our in-house Druggability assessment platform enables comprehensive evaluation of candidate compounds—covering DMPK studies, safety profiling, and validation in tumor cell-based and animal models. Rapid in vivo data feedback provides strong support for efficient iterative optimization of molecular structures. Through systematic profiling of prioritized compounds, we accurately assess their in vivo efficacy and safety, laying a solid foundation for clinical translation. This capability is essential for defining the therapeutic window of a compound and predicting its potential for successful late-stage development.

  • Translational medicine platform

Our translational medicine platform serves as a bridge connecting laboratory discoveries with clinical applications. Through the systematic integration of genomics and proteomics, we precisely identify biomarkers and novel drug targets, unravel resistance mechanisms, and expand opportunities for combination therapies. Leveraging multi-omics technologies, the platform enables precise patient stratification, efficacy assessment, and the discovery of new high-value targets—providing robust support for sustainable pipeline innovation and clinical success.
